Email ID Extractor is designed to extract e-mail addresses from web-pages on the Internet (using HTTP and HTTPS protocols) . Email ID Extractor supports operation through a proxy-server and works very fast, as it is able of loading several pages simultaneously, and requires very few resources.
Email ID Extractor is built on Microsoft Internet Explorer kernel and therefore features unmatched compatibility with all web-servers and has knowledge of all subtleties of HTTP and HTPS protocols
OVERVIEW
The main window of the program is divided into four segments –URL, Extracted Email ID’s, Search and Page view. The program is controlled using the menu and toolbar above the lists, and operation progress information is displayed in the status bar under the lists.
URL Pane
The URL pane contains list of hyper links to be processed.
Extracted Email ID’s Pane
It contains list of extracted email ids
Search Pane
You have to specify the search phrase and search engine
Page view
It act as a web browser in which you have to view selected page
The Search Pane
The search is activated by opened through the toolbar or file menu. When a new job is created, old job and the results of its processing are reset. To create a job, you have to specify the search phrase and search engine. Below the description of search pane in professional ex version of Email ID Extractor.
The URL Pane
It contains list of hyper links those are generated by selected search engine. If the job is processed yet, appropriate link highlighted in this list.
Extracted Email ID’s
It contains list of email id’s that to be ready to export into text file or excel file.
The Menu
All functions of the program are controlled through the menu. Creation of new project is available through File menu. Note, that you can save current work as mailing list (file with .TXT or .XLS extension) some of important menu commands are described below.
The Tool bar
Some functions of the menu are available through the toolbar. Buttons:
Stop scan. After stopping scan save results on a disk or reset the job.
Removes duplicate email id’s from the list.
Sort the list in ascending order.
Sort the list in descending order
Export the list into text file or excel file
Open our home page in the Internet. The page will be opened with your default browser.
Status bar
The status bar contains five fields. If the main window of the program is small, only the first field is visible.
